Osprey Management is both utopian and practical; in order to achieve outsized results, we set ambitious goals and effectively manage our investors, partners, on-site management, and portfolio properties by continually evolving our knowledge of what works most efficiently. Our principles are not just ideas; they are referred to individually and on a collective level to allow us to make strategic decisions and achieve maximum results. 

As a property management company with a talented team of like-minded and highly innovative individuals, we don't just buy properties and move on. We really take the time to look at what we can do to add value, listen to resident feedback, and create a strategic plan that aligns with our company principles.

Our goal as the Osprey team is to provide the necessary support, recognition, inspiration, and empowerment that allows our team members to succeed and create a legacy of their own. 

Our Strategy

Osprey Management believes in the mom & pop businesses and we want to see them survive! We strive to help make that happen. We look for properties that we can bring life back into and continue on their legacy. Osprey Management currently has over 70 properties acquired within 20 different states throughout the United States consisting of Manufactured Housing Communities and Storage Facilities.

The success of Osprey Management is dependent on our ability to execute on our principles to create a culture that differentiates us from any other organization. Only in doing so will we be able to create an environment in which meaningful relationships and work are executed to lead to improvement and innovation. With open lines of communication and improvement through debate, Osprey Management is able to discover mistakes and weaknesses that allow for organizational transformation, meaningful change, and continued growth.

What makes us different is we don't just buy properties and move on, we really take the time to look at what we can do to add value, listen to resident feedback, and create strategic plans to carry out those plans. We are constantly monitoring the performance of the properties and looking for any ways to make improvements. We go into each property with a business owners mentality and because of that I take pride in everything we do and feel so accomplished when our team and properties succeed.
