In January 2023, Osprey Management took on an RV campground in the Midwest with great potential, and turned it into a year-round revenue generator.

When Osprey Management took over this Iowa mobile home community, residents had one major request: fix the roads. After years of broken promises and deteriorating conditions, we delivered, repaving the entire community and restoring pride where it had long been lost. This is just one of many steps we're taking to create safer, more livable communities for our residents.
