Paving the Way Forward: Transforming a Mobile Home Community in Iowa

When our team stepped in, the community was in tough shape. The roads were cracked, crumbling, and in desperate need of repair. For years, residents had voiced their frustrations, saying things like “They keep saying they are going to fix the roads but never have. Just driving through is horrible,” and “It should be a crime that the owners don’t fix the roads.”

We listened.

Rather than putting a temporary patch on a long-term problem, we committed to a full paving project, something the residents had been promised for years but had never seen happen. Now, the roads throughout the entire community have been freshly paved, offering a safer, cleaner, and more welcoming environment for everyone who lives there.
